You can have a guided tour through the wine cellar, an imposing three-level structure that uses gravity to process the grapes and the wine through different stages of wine-making. The top-level receives and processes the grapes, and the procedure will continue until it’s time to age the wine in a special cooling room built into the stone of the mountain. This place is what provides the wine with the ideal conditions of humidity, light, and temperature.
One of the visits through the cellar includes the tasting of 4 different types of wine, a local selection of cheese and olive oil along with artisan bread. During this visit, you can learn about the company’s history, their production methods, and even about their philosophy of focusing on sustainability. The tour is done in electric vehicles, which will allow you to visit the main places of the vineyard. A truly unique space to open your mind to new things.
